Maria at this location is marvelous!! I’m presidents club with Avis and honestly one of the best reps with Avis I have ever encountered!! Professional courteous and attentive!!! She even answered the phone both times I called bc I was running late!! She is 5 star plus!! Avis needs to hire more employees like her!!!
I crashed my car a few weeks ago and so I’ve need to get rentals self pay budget always has the cheapest pricing. This location has the nicest front desk person no matter how busy it is she always handles the Siution . Awesome customer service skills and moves fast with just her

My husband & I booked and paid for our rental car at this location 1 MONTH in advance for our upcoming trip. It was an SUV due to our large family. We went there this morning to pick it up and were told that there wasn’t a car for us to use. No call, nothing. We drove there for the rental car we paid for a month prior and were sent away.
