הגענו לאויס קיסימי לאחר ששכרנו רכב בבאדגט בניו יורק וקיבלנו רכב קצת שונה מזה שהזמנו ולאחר ששלחנו מייל לבאדגט מסרו לנו להגיע ואם יהיה רכב זמין נוכל להחליף. הגענו לאויס פגשה אותנו מרי בחיוך נתנה לנו לבחור ביו 2 רכבים שהיו זמינים ואחרי שבחרנו ביצעה לנו את ההחלפה תוך מספר דקות והמשכנו לדרכנו. תודה רבה אויס ותודה רבה מרי.
Fast and easy car pick up. They had the type I reserved. asked, but didn't push about insurance and extras. In and out in 5 minutes.
Lisa was amazing and nothing short of excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable and quick. I can't be any more happy with my experience with Avis and Lisa.
