We reserved a midsized suv. We went to go pick it up and no one was there, we waited and the girl returns with a sedan that in no way was going to accommodate my family, needing 2 car seats and a third child in the middle. She then says "oh I didn't look at your reservation so I didn't know you needed an SUV. We don't have access to one at this location." Please do better next time. Booked a reservation just to get a call the next morning they don’t have cars. When I told them to help me because I uber’d all the way out here they said nothing and just said “I can’t do anything about it” and proceeded to move on. Didn’t even give me a customer service number. People in this building can care less if you get your situation fixed. Would recommend they all get some serious training. Saying “I’m just only here to cover at this building today, I work in another place” is no excuse for your companies incompete... read more
