Nothing possible without the great experience from Avis. Highly recommended, excellent service, clean car, affordable prices, pick up and drop off, with no delays at all!
Worst experience i have ever had. Car engine overheated and broke down 3 and a half hours out from location where we are staying with family and 7 hours from home with my two daughters one of which has no epilepsy medication. Avis has left us stranded in a city we don't know and left us to pay for all ubers and hotel...the location they sent us to after they conviently towed their vehicle had NO VEHICLE. We are in hotel in a city we don't know overnight after paying all expenses ourselves (imagine if we'd had nothing). I wan... read more
They saved us when we needed a car to go get my daughter. The rental place next door didn't take debit cards but avis does. Thank you so much!
