Amazing place there is was this one nice dude named Jordan that helped me a lot he’s rly cool but unfortunately he’s a cone on defense and sucks at basketball so I can’t leave 5 stars but besides that awesome place with awesome employees
Showed up a minute late, due to horrible traffic, and was first told I was at the wrong location, then that I didn’t have a reservation, then that I was too late and they couldn’t help me because their systems were all offline and that I should go to their airport location. Not once was there anything pleasant said by the employee. No “here’s what we can do” or “come back first thing in the morning”. Trash rental services. Had multiple cars he could’ve switched me out of. The location about to close and can’t do nothing for me. This location sucks and needs to shut down. It don’t even look inviting or like it’s open.
