"Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived to pick up my reservation and was immediately told by the counter agent—before she even asked for my ID—that there were no cars available because a previous renter hadn't returned one. Despite admitting they had no inventory, she then tried to claim I was a 'no-show' because I arrived 30 minutes past my pickup time. Horrible place. Home of $10 gal gas.
Great location and staff. Not a large location, by any means, but always has a good selection of rentals for me.
Usually I will do 5 star. But I’m giving a 1 the customer service has been good to me in the past. I used to rent all the time from them no issues. I tried to rent from them a while back. I had to use a debit card and for them to check your credit to see if you’re responsible enough. That’s crazy to me and I really feel like that’s discrimination. It rubbed me the wrong way.
