As a preferred member the idea is you skip the counter and just go to your car. This also protects you when your flight is delayed and arrives after they close their counter. Unfortunately, their staff was too lazy at this location to leave the paperwork in the car so I couldn’t leave the lot. So, I was trapped at the airport at 3am with no way to leave. BEWARE they only staff one person at night and she works at a glacial pace at best. I had to wait 1.5 hrs in a line of 30 people at midnight to get my car. There’s no option to skip the line and go straight to your car.
