Let’s start from the beginning Alan and Angeline are nothing but scam artist … we booked a 7 passenger car (minivan) 3 months prior to our trip . THREE MONTHS . We called a few times in those three months to confirm if a minivan would be there then we called a week prior and day prior always being told that yes our reservation is all set and we can pick up at 12 pm on our pick up day .
