Toure is a wonderful asset to this location. He went out of his way to help me when he didn’t have to, and I am truly appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to providing excellent service! I would definitely recommend this location!
The Staff and Manager at this location are great, always accommodating, they get you in and out the door with rental in just a few mins its nice to ho somewhere that customer service is still a thing so I try to return the favor by being considerate and returning my rental completely, clean windows and all. We'll and just because its the right thing to do its clean when you get it you should return it same way
I will never go back. The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish. First off, I will acknowledge that the Fairfield office did me a favor in getting me a car. The Reading location I rented from did not have the SUV I had reserved the month before. When it came time to pick it up, I got a phone call saying they couldn’t promise it would arrive later that day and if I needed it that bad I had to check other offices. Terrible customer service by Shaun. I have no idea how she has a job anywhere. Bad attitude. Charged a gas fee when returned the car with gas. Customer service removed the charges, but she never should have applied them. Do not rent from this location on Dixie Highway, Fairfield.
I had a great experience with Avis. I did a reservation online pick it up in the next two hours. Car was ready and cleaned! The lady up front was very nice great customer service . Thank you . Oh I rented for a week with no problems.
