Rented a car here over a long weekend in February. It was easy to find and the attendant who helped me get the vehicle was delightful. The computers were down and he was so easy going and conversational. I really appreciated how friendly he was. He was also helpful when I wasn’t comfortable renting an electric car. Lot was easy to find and access. Return was super quick!

I reserved the vehicle 1 month in advance. When we got to counter it was busy. The desk agent said 10-15 for them to get the car ready. (When we first arrived to the lot. We already saw the car.) It took them 1 hr to “get the car ready” while 3 attendants sat at the return car lot- on their phone. I reserved a 12 person van. They gave me a 15 person van so we couldn’t stow my lugguage. Beware! Called and reserved a car via Avis, but were thrown into a total scam. When we arrived there were no cars available and they could not guarantee a car for hours. Do not rent from here.

Understaffed for the holidays, still needed to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment. Disappointed in the experience that I expect from avis
