In July I needed to rent a car in Minot, ND, and ended up going with Avis at the airport because they were open on Sunday and the rental fees were significantly lower than others. I had an amazing experience. The desk staff were all extraordinarily patient and helpful, especially Chris. The car was fantastic, and my trip was completed successfully and easily thanks to them. 10/10!

When I reserved my rental months ago it was supposed to be $384.37 When I called Avis they said I picked up the car too early and that resulted in an increase of 243.94 for less than a 1 hour difference. This is outrageous. I was never told about an increase in cost and seems way too high. If i was told about it i would have waited. My total says it is 627.94 now but my credit card says $726.34. I need a refund down to the original agreement of $384.37. Contacted them and they say the charges are valid. Never using ... read more
