UPDATE***** Reached out like they asked me too and its been a month of bad and forth emails and they still havent done a single thing to fix it. My girlfriend and I had a voucher for a poor experience we had with Avis. To have another bad experience seems unreal but it happened. We picked up a Kia Forte and it drove great, the guy helping us was really nice and we asked if we could return it early and they said no issues at all. We brought the car back on Wednesday (1 day later) and my girlfriend went inside to return it and the female manager said to us, “ We need to charge you for a day since you brought it back early” Wait what!?!?!
