They barely answer their phones and the vehicle I did have broke down after 2 weeks
If you send a trend in the reviews, it's probably something to take note of. Unfortunately, I have rented from this location TWICE and both times resulted in the employees saying that no car was available. This time around, there were multiple customers, in the office, extremely frustrated because cars were unavailable. I had prepaid and booked this rental a MONTH in advance. Not sure what to say...... the man who assisted me with my booking was nice and even gave me a nicer car then the one i originally reserved on Priceline. On the other hand the location is hard to find as there's no Radisson or hotel concierge in sight, and to make matters worse there's no real sign telling you where to go. When you finally find the location, you have to walk through an abandoned hotel to get to the small room where you'll find this makeshift Avis office. #shady #its2025wheresthenormalcy
