Staff was courteous and the rental process was pretty quick.
I reserved a car and it was given away. We waited for 40 minutes and we were not alone. There are 3 other groups that came afterwards in the same situation. All with reserved car that was given away. Avoid at all costs.
Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Alles Bestens. In 20 Minuten war alles erledigt. Alle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auto war ok.
Don’t waste your time renting from here, they will make you wait 2 hours to pick up your car. Absolutely slow operations, seems like no one knows what they are doing. Front desk lady is really nice though.
