AVOID THIS LOCATION. They tried charging me a $450 cleaning fee days after drop off. When returning the car they took a look & said everything was good to go. Called customer service and they could not provide any proof of “damages” but said their policy is that they determine what requires a cleaning fee at their own discretion.

Front desk was so slow they gave that it took an hour and a half to get through the line. By the time I got through they had given away the reservation car because I was an hour and a half late (even though we stood in line for an hour and a half). Ridiculously rude front desk.

Quick, easy, and professional! David really helped us get our car going and drop off was so smooth with him! Definitely going to be getting my rentals from here when I’m in the city! (Just maybe watch out for those mystery cars, La Guardia sends whatever over and you may be stuck w/ a splinter van like us, they helped us change it but still)

I found the customer service at this location to be good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and in good spirits even when customers were frustrated.
