Very good service, yet sometimes they won't have cars even if you reserve
This is the worse avis,they never have cars and the cars are always need cleaning.
Ish is a hero! We couldn’t get any progress on the phone with the main Avis number or at Hartford airport. No one would answer the phone and the app wanted $900 to change our reservation! Ish was here on a snow day and got us a new reservation for a reasonable price! Give this man a raise!! This is a level of customer service that’s rare!
Made reservation and canceled within 2 minutes. They still took my money 117$ and I will not get it back for the next 7-10 days . Bullshit. Especially in this economy. I am so done with them. Best part. I absolutely used my credit card to avoid this issue with my debit. And they still took it from my debit. I typed in credit card infor and everything I triple checked. But still took debit. They need a better system.
