OKC Front Desk Avis Agent was completely incompetent, he snuck in all these additional options and fees that I did not agree to, and when I asked him what the total would be, he lied and gave me a different amount. I received an ereceipt to my email that was TWICE the expected amount, and twice the amount that the agent had said it would be. I called Reservations, was forwarded to Customer service and spoke to Marco, who was apparently hangry and gave me such an attitude. I would not recommend using Avis. They would not allow me to use my own personal auto insurance.

Zero stars!!! Avis in OKC airport dropped the ball this time. I flew from Rhode Island for a college basketball game. I entered my flight information when reserving a car over a month ago. Flight got delayed because of weather. Arrived in OKC late. The airport shuttle bus took me to the car rental building just to find out they closed and they were not opening until 8AM. Rented a car for 5 days and they lied about having any gas cars left. They sent me home with an electric Kia that I had for less than 24 hours. I paid to charge it (about $60-$70 to get a full charge) and parked it outside of my home. When I came back out I discovered that the car would not turn on and that the 12V battery was now dead. Very inconvenient and had to wait for a tow. Now avis wants to charge me for the emergency roadside assistance due to their negligence. Pathetic.
