I had a solid experience at this rental location, thanks almost entirely to an employee named Desiree. I noticed being in the return line things were running veryyyy slow while I noticed other employees not paying attention to the line of cars til I saw Desiree approach my vehicle. She made this interaction super easy and less awkward. If this location had more employees trained like Desiree, it would easily be a five-star experience every time.
