This Avis location is the worse Avis branch I've ever used. I'll never use it again. NEVER! The only positive quality I can mention is their consistency -they sucked when I picked up the rental and they sucked when I returned it. See, consistent. Pick up: The employee/owner, Don Hopper was surly as he processed our paper work and acted annoyed that I pointed out his rental agreement was charging $70 more than my reservation stated.
