Set 1 hour waiting on to purchase my rental car because the man was short-staffed. And then when I receive my rental car it was dirty inside and outside and then and I just checked my receipt they charge me for five extra days so yes we have a serious problem with y'all cheating people out of their money so I do not recommend Avis two friends or family tell them to get ripped off of their money

I have never experienced such poor service from a car rental company. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service at the Edmond, Oklahoma location was extremely disappointing, particularly from a young blonde employee. Nice staff!
I used to be an Enterprise customer until they failed to have a vehicle ready for me on 3 different occasions after I had a reservation! That's when I started using this Avis/Budget store back in 2021 - because it was literally right across the street from the Enterprise store at Memorial and N. Lincoln Blvd - and because it wound up being the rental car place that came thru each of the times Enterprise failed me!
