Had a great stay and the front desk staff was wonderful! Terence is a ROCKSTAR! The updated elevator system makes a difference, the rooms were beautiful and modern! Armando was helpful and provided good information about the area and recommendations. Pierre and Reine were so pleasant and friendly! Really enjoyed my stay!
The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide a great location for our traveling people and event. Issues were addressed quickly, and the proximity to the streetcar station was a big bonus.
This hotel is beautiful and big. Plenty of accommodations, except the pool. The rooms are clean and cared for. Sadly this hotel has train tracks that cut through the middle and it is a horned crossing. The trains liked to come through at 3 am, 4 am, and 5 am. I will not be staying here in the future.
Me and my wife stayed here last weekend and we could only bear to stay a single night. We parked for a max of 14 hours and was charged $150 for the entire time. I requested someone reach out and rectify that and a week later absolutely nothing. This hotel has a very stale smell, almost like wet cardboard that was left out in the sun. We wanted to try the pool out as we saw it had 2 pools and it's really the only other thing to do at this hotel besides watch bad TV.
