Car started smoking as I was riding saying it needed an oil change which should have been checked before I rented the car. I had to put oil in the car myself to drive. The manager Yvette was very rude. She did not try hear anything I was saying or even begin to understand the danger the car put me in. I do not recommend this location.
Jasper was amazing! Super quick and easy to pick up our vehicle during an insanely busy time downtown. Jasper had everything under control and got us on our way quickly and was fun to talk to! Thank you Jasper!
