As previous reviews have stated, they did not have a car for us. I prepaid in hopes that might increase the chances of securing a vehicle, but was given various different excuses - lots of events occurring, the airport locations are negative hundreds of cars. Without any advanced notice, we had no chance for securing alternative transportation, so we were forced to cancel our plans for the day which cost us additional financial losses.
