Horrible customer service. The staff NEVER answer the phone at this location. Management is basically nonexistent. Don’t waste your money or time.
Website let me book a car. 1 hour before I was supposed to get the car they called to tell me that they "have no cars". When I asked why the website let me book a car they told me because it's dependent on people that are supposed to be returning their cars that day but if people don't return their cars then there's none available. This is not okay, and most rental places seem to operate the same way it is not okay to cancel on somebody an hour before they're supposed to get their car for an important event.
