Just bailed on this location. I have avis preferred so I go the preferred line. Wait about a half an hour as women working the desk helps 2 people. Finally get to the counter and woman takes my ID scans it and walks away for 10 min. Comes back and says there are no more cars available. Shockingly bad and I already anticipate that avis locations are highly variable. Glad to be in an Uber.
March 9th, arrived at this location at 9 pm, waited 45 minutes in line with only 5 customers ahead of us, only to be informed that there are no cars available, even though we had a RESERVATION. Told by the customer service agent that the RESERVATION only holds the price of a car, not an ACTUAL car, and that they had no cars available. Needless to say, everyone in line were in the same situation as us, had RESERVATIONS, but ZERO cars. This place completely ruined my whole vacation that I spent a lot of money for. I reserved a vehicle and after waiting in line for 1 HOUR, the HORRIBLE customer service reps who do not care AT ALL, told me they don’t have any cars left. Excuse me? I booked and reserved my vehicle a month in advance. This place is a complete joke and shouldn’t be a business. Like I said, they ruined my whole vacation and completely screwed me over.
Been waiting since this place was supposed to open at 6am. It's 7:34 and there is no one. There is a lot of people waiting and some have reservations. The service sucks.
