Customer rep at the counter needs training on how to treat customer and how sale products as well..This is the worst experience renting a car ever. Worst customer service..salesperson didn’t even try to meet my requests I needed for my family... I showed up at the counter downstairs, nobody there. Sign says go upstairs to preferred customer desk to be helped. I go upstairs, line of 30 people waiting. I wait 20-25 minutes, I'm halfway through line, one of the staff comes out and announces to the line that if you are not Avis Preferred you have to go downstairs, they would not serve us. 10 of us go back downstairs - still nobody there.
