I wish I could give this place negative stars! First, they did not have the car and have never had the car I attempted to reserve on the lot. This was according to the person who would only speak with me through a speake. So impersonal! In response, he tried to give me a lower tier vehicle than what I had already paid for. "Horrible service. I came to drop off my car at the scheduled time, only to find the location completely unstaffed. I was unable to complete my return as required. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience." 시간에 맞춰 차량을 반납하러 왔으나, 직원이 없어 반납이 제 때 불가능했습니다. 최악의 경험이었습니다.

Had to leave one star so that I could at least give a review. Got to the Avis location to pick my car up at 12 o’clock Sunday AS RESERVED.. Turned out that they closed at 12 o’clock. How is that supposed to work? To add to it, they are all closed at this time on Sunday and no one bothered to contact me after my reservation or catch this in their system. I guess it’s on me to check that and clean up their horrible scheduling system. This is the second problem I’ve had with them out of the two reservations I have made.

DEFINITELY deserves 0 stars. I was called 45 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to be told there was no vehicle available AFTER I had already paid in full. I was advised to just show-up at the airport location and they would have a vehicle for me. I inconveniently travel to the airport location to be told they did not have a van either. Calling the 1-800 number was unhelpful as well as they are the ones who booked the vehicle and accepted my payment. Their advice was to just keep calling the airport until I got an answe... read more
