**NOTE- THIS LOCATION REALLY OPENS AT 9AM NOT 8AM!!!** I used to work at a rental car facility so I understand what is expected of employees and how demanding the job is, so I wouldn’t say the things I’m about to say without them being warranted. The location I rented at (Ridge Lake Road, Memphis) was very impersonal and unfriendly. Reserved a car for 9 am pickup on August 31st. Had to take a $45 Uber to get there; I had a car emergency and had to put my car in shop yesterday. I get there before 9 and no one is there, so I wait. At 10 minutes after, I call the local number, but I get transferred to the corporate customer service. My reservation is indeed confirmed and the business hours are 9-12. I was told to wait and someone would be in. I wait an hour and still no one. Another customer is also now waiting. I call and it goes to customer service again... read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars! First, they did not have the car and have never had the car I attempted to reserve on the lot. This was according to the person who would only speak with me through a speake. So impersonal! In response, he tried to give me a lower tier vehicle than what I had already paid for. When I did get my vehicle (45 minutes later) I had much the same experience as others who have posted on here. "Horrible service. I came to drop off my car at the scheduled time, only to find the location completely unstaffed. I was unable to complete my return as required. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience." 시간에 맞춰 차량을 반납하러 왔으나, 직원이 없어 반납이 제 때 불가능했습니다. 최악의 경험이었습니다.
