My son and I had the best experience at Avis/Budget in Sarasota. The person helping us was Chris. Not only was she extremely pleasant and efficient, she actually made picking up a rental car fun, if that’s possible. It was certainly a great way to start our vacation. Car selection was good and the one way rental deal was great. The location was easy to walk to from downtown Sarasota.

Local staff was awesome. They were able to give me a much better deal than the website or even using my Wizard account. Brand new car. Great experience.

I am trying to rent a car from this location, the rental lady wasn't very pleasant or professional. I was using a company by the name affirn that was pre-ordered and prepaid. I wasn't aware of the policy at the time. She had a bad attitude towards me the whole time I was there. I was checking in early and she made a big deal about that and I was waiting by the counter not realizing I had to come back for the car.
