I rented a larger vehicle than my own to drive to Chicago this past weekend. Showed up slightly later than my requested time only to find out my reservation was incorrect and had been put for the following weekend! Not their fault at all but they fixed it and calmed my nerves quickly! Cannot remember the gentleman's name that took care of us but he was able to find us a vehicle for the same priced as my incorrect reservation and get us on the road quickly. This place sucked. There customer service was awful, they had no cars at pickup and we had to quick think of how to get our rental car. Then pulled a car up for us 20 min later. Did not clean it. Just was happy to have a car since we prepaid with costco travel. Tried to drop off after hours like usual, and no drop box available. Cars dirty, service center falling in. Enterprise will do better in the future

Every time I’ve rented from this location, the cars have smelled strongly of smoke, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a company that should be providing clean, well-maintained vehicles. On top of that, the customer service has been consistently rude, no matter what time of day I come in or which employee is working. It feels like the staff is overwhelmed and burnt out, and honestly, I don’t blame them. It was a horrible experience renting through here. They were very unprofessional, especially Barry. They did not have my truck ready at its time and their solution was to call customer service. When I did call customer service in front of then, they blamed me for being frustrated. They are very unorganized, deflect blame on customers, and tried to divert work onto other locations. Do not rent from here. They should be fired. This location should be shut down.
