No wait at the counter, free upgrade when the car I had reserved wasn't available, and very easy to find the car nearby. Return was incredibly easy also. All staff I spoke to were very friendly and professional!
Don’t rent car with them, they charge more than the agreed amount and they are not reliable.

All corporate shills with fake promises. Have shipped customer services off shore to save a buck. The staff lie to your face and tell you the car will be waiting if you share flight information but leave customers stranded at 1 am. There is NO DIRECT LINE to the location in Rochester NY airport. The employee has disconnected the phone lines to make sure no call comes through . Scammers and need to investigated and execs held responsible for defrauding customers
