AVIS/BUDGET Horrible customer service. I made a reservation through price line from the airport for a full size SUV from Budget but someone from AVIS took care of me. I was hoping to get a GMC Yukon but they ended up giving me a Chevy Tahoe. The Chevy was so dirty i had a hard time sitting inside the vehicle. It was like the car was never touched for weeks. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AVIS LOCATION. Over multiple rentals, this location has repeatedly failed to honor reserved and prepaid rates, imposed improper charges, and provided inconsistent and inaccurate information. I have been incorrectly charged for fuel, contacted days after returning a vehicle and asked when I planned to return it, and assessed new weekly rates and drop-off fees that directly contradicted what staff told me on-site. تجربة سيئة للغاية ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم مبلغ التأمين وقدره ٢٠٠ دولار امريكي لم يتم استرجاعه يوم تعليقي هذا مع العلم انه استأجرة سياره في تاريخ ٢١ نوفمبر والى تاريخ نشر هذا التعليق لم يتم استرجاع رسوم التامين وايضا رسوم العبور بين الولايات تم دفعها بالعقد ومع ذلك تم سحب مبالغ العبور لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا كشركة ياخذون مالك ولا يعيدونه لك وعندما تتحدث معهم لا يتجاوبون لا انصح بهم ولا اوصي بهم

We rented a SUV Oct. 30th, around 8PM. The vehicle we were given had multiple parts (skid plate/ crush panels/ trim?) hanging and scraping the ground. It became noticeable once we left the garage and got on the highway. We immediately got off and parked 2 miles from the airport. We got a call center when we tried to inform them of the issue.
