I’m at Greece Ridge Avis location. The Customer rep named Diamond went over and beyond her normal job duties today she took care of customers clean vehicles answer questions assisted in changing reservations all with a kinder spirit. Please recognize your employee and by the way she was the only rep there today.

Terrible experience. I reserved an SUV and it was dirty. I complained and in return they DOWNGRADED me to a compact vehicle for the same price(which I of course refused). The employee was in a bad mood and turned down everyone else who also came in saying they have no more vehicles to give out(only 12pm). So I had to drive 30 minutes to the next location. Attached is a picture of the dirty vehicle I complained about which prompted them to downgrade me.

avis didn’t even send our rental car to this location even though we had this booked for WEEKS. then the lady refused to answer my questions and ended up calling the security on me. she’s genuinely a horrible person for this job and in general, and don’t go to this place.
