Very friendly. Very helpful. The car smelled like badly of weed though. We used a whole bottle of Febreeze and it barely cut the smell.

Quality of cars has continued to go down hill over the years. Location is understaffed and over booked with cars. Oftentimes not able to fill what was ordered. Issues with cars are more common these days. Most recently was put into a Jeep with bald tires and filthy interior. While waiting another customer had issues with expired registration. I prepaid for a rental and got to this location. I was told that I didn’t pass the credit check needed to use a debit card. She didn’t take my social security number. She had the personality of an itchy but. I got home and checked with all three companies and my score HAD NOT BEEN RUN! She pretended to run my credit! I have a good credit score and know very well that I would not have been denied! Do not use this company or this location!!

Working in customer service industry myself, it takes a lot out of me to get this level of frustrated. Not sure how this place still stands and pretends to cater to customers. The lady who works the desk is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Extremely rude, unprofessional, she thinks she is doing people a favor by working there.
