This place isn't worth even trying. Sub contractor for Avis. They guess on the cars they will have. That all depends on what avis sends them. Tried to upgrade me to a SMALLER CAR. Then still had to go to the airport anyway because the lady wouldn't call her supervisor. Avoid this place it will only make more work for you well costing you more money.
Rented a car to drive from Cleveland to Rochester. Rental process was quick and easy but upon returning the vehicle we arrived at the Greece center location at 8:00am when they open and waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Had to call customer service to make a note that the car was returned. Very frustrating. If you open at 8:00am someone should be there at 8:00am or have a key drop box.
The lady at the front desk great service straight to the point fast and reliable i love it thank you
Very friendly. Very helpful. The car smelled like badly of weed though. We used a whole bottle of Febreeze and it barely cut the smell.
