Dorian was on it. He was very helpful. I would 100% recommend people to go to them for a rental option.
Very rude when asking questions about rentals if you don’t like your job don’t work !!! Didn’t even attempt to help me find another location that could help me
I have been using them for about 7 years. One time I used my normal method which I had used many times of "Pay Now". I was to get a free day which they told me of, but they charged me anyways. Called to negotiate or discuss the issue but nope they didn't care. It's sad they can treat a loyal customer this way. I switched and started going to the branch on Stroop. Much better service and customer appreciation, support.
