I wish you could give negative or zero stars as this location deserves to be shut down and the woman working there TERMINATED. Awful attitude with zero customer service. Answer to EVERY single question was “I don’t know.” Ma’am, how do you even have a job? Because you shouldn’t. It is so bad the location that I went to after this terrible experience (who could answer all the questions and were NOT rude) knew exactly who I was talking about so this must be how she treats everyone and that is not how a business should be run. ... read more
I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. Although cars were clearly available on-site, the online booking process did not indicate any issues or restrictions. Upon arrival, the customer service was unhelpful and insisted that I upgrade the car, which was never mentioned during the booking. This lack of transparency and poor service was frustrating and unexpected. I hope the company improves its communication and customer support going forward.
