I have to rent a vehicle out of ABE about once a month for work related needs. This AVIS is by far the most reliable and efficient from the others in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never had an issue in the year I’ve been frequenting their location for rentals. The cars are always clean and well kept! They’re always in high demand but I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a vehicle! I’m so grateful for them taking care of my rental needs!

Was charged for 1.6 gallons of fuel, even though I returned with full tank. I called customer service and they did refund me the money. However, it was the fact. The SUV’s windows could have been cleaned better. The drive was a little rough and the front end slightly shook at 65 mph. Miles were rather high for what they charged. Horrible service, called a head to reserve, paid for the car ahead of time, just needed to pick it up (or so I was told), when I came to pick it up, I couldn't, needed to provide a different credit card to put a hold on (even though I already paid the entire fee ahead of time) long story short, I have to walk 2h. Thanks for the cardio.

Every time I rent a car here, it’s a hassle. I picked up the car on Monday and returned it Friday at 11:55 yet I’m being charged for a late return. Why? I have no idea. I also took a photo of the gas level when I picked up the car, and again when I returned it. Despite returning it with the same amount of gas, I was charged nearly $30 for fuel. Why? Again, no explanation. This is unacceptable. I want a refund stop overcharging and taking advantage of customers.
