Really great customer service. They said they would have my car ready for super late arrival and they did! Thank you, Avis!
Customer service is horrible. I rented a car from Avis that turned out to be a death trap! Bald tires..Wheel not aligned..I swear I thought the tire was going to blow at every pothole. So I ask customer service can I exchange it for a safer car . They say sure go to our Allentown location we have a car reserved for you. Once I get to the Allentown location the rep says "Oh I don't have any cars for you". Total waste of time.. This is my first and last time renting here. I should have went to Enterprise.
I had the most amazing experience with the two nice gals working at the desk here they were so helpful. So considerate and compassionate and overall a great customer service experience. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Not the most helpful group of people by any stretch of the imagination
Avis car rental at Lehigh Valley International Airport is very helpful. Their service was prompt, when I had a billing issue their fantastic employee Esther was able to resolve it with the manager in minutes and I was happily on my way for my holiday plans with the car and rate I expected. Thanks Esther and Avis!
