I recently rented a car from Avis in New Kensington for a family vacation, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Jay, Sue, Nick, and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for our trip, a 2025 GMC Terrain that was just the right size, loaded with all the bells and whistles, and surprisingly great on gas. Nick and the others have provided excellent, courteous service every time we've rented from them. I would recommend this Avis to anyone needing a rental.
Had everything cleared online and went to pick up the rental in the morning. Denied because they don't accept debit cards. Won't take cash either. I get looking out for the company, but it fails people who refuse to manage debt because they have no debt. Screw Avis.
