Awesome customer service! A tree landed on my Jeep around 5pm on a Wednesday. I was able to reserve a vehicle after hours using the app and they had a car ready for me when they opened the next morning. I needed to extend my rental twice while I waited for insurance to go through and buy a new car and they were always so gracious! Thank you Avis!

I booked reservation through the actual avis website. During the whole process no where does it say major credit card. I even called the day before picking up asking what I needed and if I could pick up earlier. 2 staff members day of pick up very rude claiming I booked through a third party when I clearly have emails to prove. I highly don't recommend.

This was the hardest it's ever been to rent a car. They kept trying to push their $22 a day insurance from Avis. My insurance told me they would cover it, and they kept saying it would not. Also, if you go any further than the Missisipi river, it is a $1000 charge. would not rent from here again. much easier elsewhere. I'm not sure if this is Avis or this location, but I would avoid it.
