Rented from this place once and never again. Horrible customer service! It’s been a nightmare trying to get deposit back!! Run away don’t walk!!! Not helpful at all
I’ve been here a few times. The lot usually has cars, but they’re usually “out of cars”. I booked a specific type of vehicle and asked about alternatives, the young guy working says there are no alternatives. The people after me in line get the car I mentioned even though that’s the category I booked. Customer service isn’t great either. I’d go to different locations, but they’re all far.
I have booked a car through Costco, nothing wrong with the car, the place and the guy who help me the transaction is not help full at all. Didn't give any information, didn't mention about insurance. Not professional at all.
Avoid this place, they’ll give stinky and dirty cars. The front disk was you made the booking for the car about an hour ago that’s why the car is not clean lol No apology or trying to help or fix the problem. Indeed, the man was mad that I did not like the dirty car. Man the website shows available cars to rent you did not say it’s dirty and we don’t have people to wash it. Super unprofessional. Man please be nice to your customers.
Horrifying experience to try and rent here. They call you and tell you they have no vehicles after your reservation, especially needing one urgently. Tried to reserve with the pay now deal and your debit card is refused. Insane loopholes to rent here. I rather go to Enterprise where the hassle is zero and they actually answer their phone. Good riddance never again
