The staff are super rude! Instead of being helpful and answering questions they argue. It’s so sad, I used to live this location.

Stay away from El cajon Avis car rental place the people that work there have no clue of what they're doing I had a problem with an accident that someone else is driving their car and they took him I asked the guy if for help to find a number to get ahold of the people at the other Davis where they were and he had no clue on how to contact anybody these people are a joke
The worst customer service ever. Rude and not professional at all!
