This was one of the easiest car rental experiences I’ve had. The customer service was excellent, and the manager was especially helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and ready when I arrived. There was a nice variety of cars to choose from, and the whole experience was efficient and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Avis in Phoenix harbor gave me a model 3 Tesla that look like it should have been in a salvage junkyard. It has damage all around. And car was pulling to the right ! (THE REAL MAN CEASER ! )Saved the day!!!!! Made up for how customer service was being so unprofessional. They cared more about the car going back to them other than making it right ! CEASER from Avis Van Nuys I came to his shop since it was down the street explained everything going on & he totally made this right !! We need more people like this guy ! Very help... read more

Worst car rental place. I made a reservation to pick up a car at 8:30am. I show up at 9:10am. The guy told me he doesn’t have a car and tried to make it sound like it was my fault because I was 40 minutes late. I asked him if he had a car at 8:30 and he said no. So I asked him what difference it would have made since he didn’t have the car even in the morning. He admitted that I was right. So I asked him why he was lying in the first place. At that point he became belligerent and started yelling at me to get out.

I made a reservation 2 days in advance and was told 30min there's no car. What's the point of reservation then? Absolutely clown 🤡. AVOID
