Reserved SUV and was dropped off to pick it up. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they have nothing.. Not a single vehicle, SUV or not, to give me. 0 concern on their end. I was told to wait and hope something comes in. Called the other Broad street location and the employee was actually helpful and had a vehicle for me. I then had to pay for an Uber to get from one location to the other so I could get my reserved vehicle. Our car broke down on a road trip and so we needed a rental car quickly. Paulette worked hard to track down a car that was big enough to accommodate all six of us. All the staff was great to work with, they answered all our questions and accommodated us the best they could. I managed to forget our garage door opener when we dropped the car off and once again, Paulette was helpful and patient when we went back to retrieve it. I would definitely rent a car from here again.
The rental agent “Jay” (if that’s really even her name, I wouldn’t be surprised if she was lying..) is very rude, and obnoxiously hasty any time you call in, she’s always in a hurry to cut you off as you are speaking, not answer your questions entirely, and to drop the call on you. It’s giving no home training or business / customer service etiquette. The prices also aren’t the best at the location and so all in all I will be taking my business elsewhere.
