Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience!! Worst customer service I had a terrible experience with your rental location. They often claim that no cars are available and try to upsell or upgrade after making customers wait and waste their time. I drove all the way there, only to be told different things by the front desk staff it happened for me multiple times. Pathetic place. They will accept your reservation and once you get there say that they don’t have a vehicle and sell you a higer cost one
Do not come to this place unless you want your time wasted, unhelpful staff, rude lady, made a reservation and they did not have the car, couldn’t help me to setup my profile, never using avis again
