The staff were unfriendly and took forever. The also helped another customer before me and I was there first waiting for them to fix their computer issues. I would look for another office before ever going back there.
I want share a great review on this location in regard to a act of professionalism when it came to a very, VERY important item that was lost and found by a young man named Trez. The young lady (whose name I didn’t get and sincerely apologize) at the counter was very instrumental too! I’ve been an Avis customer for years and will continue to be! Excellent service and beyond.
Janae is fantastic! Shes super helpful and friendly. It makes the experience so much more smooth and hassle-free!
Smaller location but very personable staff and accommodating. Have to make sure to book in advance and not the night before!
Customer Service rep is rude and unfriendly. Avis books a car and then you travel to get there for them to tell you they have no cars. I am done with Avis in general but avoid this place at all costs.
