Miss Paulette and Ms. Janae are amazing people. They always help me with whatever I need. Best customer service I've ever had at a rental car agency.

Whoever is the lady that works at the front desk customer service is by far unacceptable. I have always rented with budget/avis for 2 years now and never had an issue. I made a reservation, went to pick up the rental and immediately had push back. I have used the same payment and this is the first time I was questioned. She even went and validated with other locations. Because of this cancellation, I now have to alter my plans.
