I strongly agree with all the negative reviews. The staff is astoundingly rude. I rented a car for a time that was an hour before their stated closing time. I arrived early, was treated horribly by the woman at the counter. I was also "mocked" as a previous reviewer wrote--but I did not have any other rental options. I went to eh car and noticed it was not very clean, but I had a meeting to get to and I did not want to deal with the supposed customer service rep again. I’m sorry to say the two stars is actually honest and appropriate. By that same note though, these people work at Avis in the worst part of Hollywood in a trailer in a parking lot, so be nice to them.

I ignored all the bad reviews and pick this location on my last company rental a few weeks ago, reserved a medium car, the staff tried to give me a small economy car, I picked only other available car which was an electric car, clean outside but interior was smelling heavy smoke and I found ashes on the back seat, I had to take the car and leave as I had to be on the way. Have receipts for the following review. Booked, confirmed 2 weeks in advanced. Changed my booking probably 30 hours in advance to pickup car 2 days sooner. That was confirmed. Rocked up to the site and they said they didn’t have a car or offer me any solution. 1 hour return cab ride. Rude in person about it. Another couple in the office at the same time being screwed over for some reason sounded like their car rental got downgraded for no reason when booked way in advance.
