1 star is far to generous. I rarely leave negative reviews—I know people can have bad days—but what happened at this Avis location was beyond unacceptable. The level of disrespect, manipulation, and blatant unprofessionalism from the staff demands to be called out. The 2.9-star rating is shockingly generous considering the conduct of the individuals running this place. The man at the counter was dismissive, argumentative, and entirely unhelpful.
