GREAT customer service! We live here in Corpus and needed a car while ours was in the shop - AVIS on the SPID did not disappoint. The price was right; the assigned car wasn't right for us - but Liam, the customer service agent on duty today was accommodating, professional and VERY helpful for us. Rented a car from Corpus Christie to San Antonio Airport. Clear day, light traffic. Billed $600 for a windshield chip that never happened. When I inquired they said that I need to provide proof, before and after photo. BEWARE!!!
If I could give no stars I would this is the second time I have had issues with this location and company. First time back on March 25 2025 I rented a suv for the weekend. The car was not washed or cleaned. The car also had broken wipers thank god it did not rain on the way out of town and back. Second inconvenience I rented a car for a week for person reasons just so they could deny me the prepaid rental because I could not show them the PDF to my drivers license renewal.
