Very easy to collect after drop off. Transfer to airport and collection also fine.
Worst service
Not 24/7. I had a 45 min wait time for a shuttle. No phones answered, no staff in the lot to ask. This is after they tried to rent me a car that was stained and had physical and broken body damage. When there is someone they are nice, that is why 2 stars.
Cathy who served us is the best she is so nice 😊.
