I’ve rented here in the past but have to say this place has totally went down. 1. They refuse to answer the phone for some odd reason. Which can be a pain because of seeing availability and can lead to a hazard such as accidents and car problems. 2. Location will intentionally not let you rent out uber cars for some reason and goodluck trying to get a hold of them on the phone they will refuse to answer. Also if you go in person the workers are very rude.

This is not for this site in particular but Avis as a company. first off. staff at this location are good people. very helpful and good energy. my complaint is dealing with their customer service over the phone. I was given a vehicle that had underlying mechanical issues, something Avis should always do before sending cars out *especially ones from out of state* is to do a full mechanical inspection.... after getting to my destination late at night i had a issue that could of costed our lives. addressing this to Avis, they d... read more

I had a great experience with the staff and booking website. First time renting a car with them. Easy booking process, good prices. Rented for a weekend gateway, but thankfully, I was instructed of the hours of operation on Sunday, so we'll extend the rental for the next day due to my conflicted schedule. Still, I had a great price. The car was just what I needed to travel safely to my destination. Thank you!
