Worse and last experience with Avis. After 40 years of trusting Avis they finally scammed me. I reserved an economy vehicle last night for my wife trusting Avis to get it done right. The manager ripped her off by providing an electric vehicle that she wasn't familiar with. I called the manager and he refused to help saying it was the only vehicle he had available. My reservation was $87 including insurance. He charged my wife $387 for only 24 hours. I instead of wasting anymore time, will never use or recommend Avis again. I... read more

Quick service, nice car, no issues with me being a tad late on return. Will definitely rent from them again.
Terrible service and agent had an attitude after not showing up for 40 minutes. I showed up a little after 8 and he didnt come in until 8:41.
