Terrible experience! It has been several years since I rented with Avis and this location reminded me why. The store opened an hour late for my pickup so I stood in the parking lot hoping someone would show up. The car was filthy and was the only option so I accepted it since I needed a vehicle. As I was parked overnight at the hotel, the car filled with ants so I took it back to the store and his response was, “ok.” When I asked about compensation he said I should probably rent from the competition next time. Unfortunately, our experience with this Avis/Budget location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We scheduled our Sunday pickup for 9:30 AM, during their posted weekend hours of 9 AM–noon. After being unable to get confirmation for their pickup service, we paid for an Uber from our hotel to the location. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 10 AM. I love javier and Luke!!!! They are the best!!! Come here now!!!
Javier is the man. I came in after Enterprise canceled on me the last second. Javier did everything he could to help me out and even gave me an upgraded vehicle for my troubles with Enterprise. He saved my trip (which is to get out of state for my cousins funeral). I'll definitely be returning to Avis for all my future rentals.
