Don’t trust the staff at this location I collected my rental car from this location and asked to add an additional driver. We provided the employee with the additional drivers license and ID, but he didn’t even look at them. Instead, he claimed the additional driver was "already included in the booking, authorised to use the vehicle, and insured." We queried him twice about why he hadn’t entered the additional driver's details into the computer or produced the usual paperwork to sign, but he assured us everything was fine. I... read more
A brand new car with 5000 miles Low tire pressure had to drive and waste 3 hours to change to another vehicle
Wouldn’t accept my credit card even tho I’ve used it at 3 other Avis locations very recently . Will never use this location again
