Horrible experience! Vehicle was the wrong vehicle. We asked for a 6 passenger van and was given a 15 passenger van . It was my son’s birthday. We were trying to surprise him . They asked us to turn back around and would change the vehicle out for us . The vehicle still needed to get detailed and we were on a time crunch and had already headed out . The van was out dated we had to take a speaker to listen to music . The seat belts didn’t work . It was dirty and had someone’s gum in the pocket . The sliding door kept shaking.... read more
Avis has always taken care of my rental needs. Great friendly and helpful staff. The vehicles are clean and late models. Always gotten to and from my destinations with no trouble.
Rude. Inconsiderate. Very little to no attentiveness to SPECIFIC TYPES of customers. Staff (especially management) do not help much. They act as if you are insignificant to them and not worth they're troubles. Not a good facility to conduct business with.
When i get here they surprised me with hundreds in secret/hidden fees. Very, very annoying and crooked.
STAY AWAY FROM CORPUS CHRISTI AIRPORT AVIS !!! Charged me $19.00 for fuel when the tank was returned full I even took pictures before and after the rental for my own protection.I complained no one has reached out to me whatsoever, With time and day stamped photos to prove it. Also counter employees were unprofessional.
