Rude. Inconsiderate. Very little to no attentiveness to SPECIFIC TYPES of customers. Staff (especially management) do not help much. They act as if you are insignificant to them and not worth they're troubles. Not a good facility to conduct business with.
When i get here they surprised me with hundreds in secret/hidden fees. Very, very annoying and crooked.
STAY AWAY FROM CORPUS CHRISTI AIRPORT AVIS !!! Charged me $19.00 for fuel when the tank was returned full I even took pictures before and after the rental for my own protection.I complained no one has reached out to me whatsoever, With time and day stamped photos to prove it. Also counter employees were unprofessional.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. I reserved a sedan was handed keys without being told what I was getting. I go to the lot and ends up I got a Kia soul, fine no problem it still has the space I need. This car has chips in the windshield, cigarette burns in the ceiling, and old food from previous renters under the seat (which we noticed while getting our stuff out of the car at the air bnb).
