Make sure you document everything. I was in a rush picking up a car b/c my brother was in the hospital and didn’t take a photo of the damage to the windshield. My family lives a hour away from the airport so it was rushing to get home. Avis of course did not have paperwork on windshield damage. So now I’m being charged $891 for damage I didn’t do.
