If I could leave 0 stars i would. I reserved a sedan was handed keys without being told what I was getting. I go to the lot and ends up I got a Kia soul, fine no problem it still has the space I need. This car has chips in the windshield, cigarette burns in the ceiling, and old food from previous renters under the seat (which we noticed while getting our stuff out of the car at the air bnb). I made a huge mistake renting from Avis CC Airport location. I reserved a sedan car ( Camry or equivalent) for business trip to Houston a week in advance. When i was at the counter, lady handed me out a key and i asked what i am getting. She didn't even bother to tell me at first and told later i am getting 12 people Transit Van. I was surprised and said i cant drive huge van to Houston and come back. She said it is my only option. It was painful travel for me to drive to Houston and come back with that thing. TL;DR - This location is poorly ran and understaffed and will charge you exorbitant fees to spruce up their generally crappy cars even if you are a "preferred" member of several years. Avoid at all costs. I have been an Avis customer for several years both personally and corporately. Over this time I have spent thousands of dollars, passionately advocated for them, and overall been happy despite the unpleasant nature of the car rental experience in general.
