I made my reservation about a week in advance through booking.com. I received multiple email reminders about the reservation. I show up the morning of only to have the guy behind the counter say "oh, we don't have the car for you". Then he said there was no phone number attached to the reservation. ok, but there is obviously and email... Just terrible organization. Ended up booking with Enterprise through Burbank airport.
If your looking for a rental Eddie is the go to person he was so attentive, made sure I took what I needed and was respectful. Eddie made sure the car was clean which was a plus for me. I also had no idea what kind of insurance to get he was so good in giving me details on what I needed and what I don’t . The returning process was even more easier , He was definitely helpful! make sure to call in and place your orders this is the rental company I love and enjoy .
