I needed to modify my reservation, so I went to the office a couple of days before to do so. They told me they couldn't make any changes until I picked up the car. On the day of pick-up, they messed up the modification. By the time we realized it, we were almost at the end of the process. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR FROM THIS LOCATION SERGE GIVES OUT DIRTY WITH BALD TIRES .
Not customer friendly at all.
Drove there to get a car in an emergency, said they were open. No one was there.
