The morning lady worker literally threatened to shoot and kill me right there on the spot. She was entitled, hostile, and perhaps racist, and had zero patience, respect, or communication skills. Her behavior was entirely uncalled for. Corporate was notified about this and they never cared to respond. Do Not rent a vehicle from this company. Trust the reviews. Go with enterprise, they will pick you up, not threaten to put you down.

I strongly advise against using this service. I rented a car for one day and found it to be in poor condition. Empty beer cans were found in the back seat. The rental agent informed me that her son is busy with NASCAR and that car availability is limited. However, there were numerous cars on the lot. The issue arose when I prepaid for my fuel and only used one-quarter of the tank. Charged me $300 for a prepaid 64.80 reservation, declined all coverages and returned the car the same day after hours with a full tank. They proceeded to not check in the car the next day and Monday was a holiday so they added two more rental days. To make matter worse I declined all rental coverages and they still added on 33 dollars a day in insurance. 300 dollars for a 12 hour rental.
