Rented a one way car to Nashville from this location. Super quick and efficient. Car was waiting by the door, clean and full of fuel. Took less than 5 min and we were on our way.

Been standing here for an hour. There were 6 people in front of me when I got here and still 2 to go. There’s a major issue when you can’t get through 4 customers in an hour. There were 2 people working, someone else came to let one of them go on break. Fine, but when one went on break the new person went to the back. So now we’re down to one person at the counter actually working. Currently 11 people standing in line. This is ridiculous.
