I strongly advise against using this service. I rented a car for one day and found it to be in poor condition. Empty beer cans were found in the back seat. The rental agent informed me that her son is busy with NASCAR and that car availability is limited. However, there were numerous cars on the lot. The issue arose when I prepaid for my fuel and only used one-quarter of the tank. Charged me $300 for a prepaid 64.80 reservation, declined all coverages and returned the car the same day after hours with a full tank. They proceeded to not check in the car the next day and Monday was a holiday so they added two more rental days. To make matter worse I declined all rental coverages and they still added on 33 dollars a day in insurance. 300 dollars for a 12 hour rental. Excellent customer service friendly worker
I needed to modify my reservation, so I went to the office a couple of days before to do so. They told me they couldn't make any changes until I picked up the car. On the day of pick-up, they messed up the modification. By the time we realized it, we were almost at the end of the process. They didn't want to start over ("they were in a hurry to see their football team play"). They gave me a contact card and told me to call another day.
