We rented a car from Avis at Westin in St Louis. We expected it to be a very boring transaction, but we were served by the lovely Jacqueline, who made everything such fun. If there was ever a Brand Ambassador it should be Jacqueline. She was helpful, interested in us and our trip, happy to explain everything and took the time to treat us like the High Rollers that we definitely aren’t. .
