I had a great experience at this Avis location! The car was clean and comfortable, and Tundra, the manager, made the experience even better. She is so kind, personable, and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to receive such friendly service. Highly recommend this location!
Excellent Service, my favorite place to rent a car
Tundra and Lonnie were amazing and assisted me in returning the rental car at Avis. Their customer service and care made my morning even better.
Miserable attitude, zero technical skills, probably couldn’t restart the computer if she had to. I’d rather rent a bicycle then attempt to do business with this Avis again.
As a loyal Avis member with over 100 rentals, this is the worst rental experience I’ve had. I had a van rented 6 weeks in advance and it was not even present at the location at time of pickup. The manager was rude and unequipped to get an ETA on the van or resolve the issue. Ended up cancelling the reservation and using another company across town.
