TERRIBLE PLACE. I reserved a car, 5 minutes before (when I was already arriving) They told me they had no cars at all, that I should look up in another company.

Laura is a well-trained associate. Today I picked up my car from the Downtown Salt Lake City location. Despite being the only one in the office and working under tremendous pressure — with no cars available anywhere in town — she remained calm, efficient, and professional throughout. Avis should get the Air-conditioner fixed. It didn’t matter much to her though.
