Disappointed. I've been renting cars from here for 10+ years a couple of times a year for vacations, always picking up the car between 4-5pm on a Mon-Fri - today I tried to pick up my 4pm car reservation at 4:02 and they were closed, with no way to get the car - evidently they have changed hours recently as the new stickers on the door showed... just wish AVIS wouldn't have let me set the pick up time at 4pm when that was the closing time. Worse service ever! They didn’t have the SUV that was reserved and did a downgrade to a small car. I asked for a discount and they said that the bill went down $300. The only reason the bill went down is because we got a small car not because we received a discount for the inconvenience
