I was pleasantly surprised and very refreshed with the customer service I received at this Avis location. Laura, the car rental agent at this location deserves a reward for best customer service ever. Her knowledge, intellect, and prompt, yet, graceful service are second to none. She is truly a remarkable woman and represents Avis well. So many in customer service can learn much from this extraordinary person. Thank you, Laura! You absolutely rock!!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Avis. Our rental was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but we did not receive our car until 9:30 AM—a 90-minute delay. We were told they could not rent out any vehicles until all of their keys had been accounted for because one key was apparently missing. The missing key was not even for our vehicle, yet we were still required to wait. This delay caused us to miss plans we had made for the day. Excelente atención de una chica de Senegal. Muy recomendable. Tuvimos la posibilidad de alquilar en Salt Lake City y devolver en Las Vegas (11 días). El vehículo estaba impecable y superó nuestras expectativas. Es la 2da vez que utilizamos la compañía y la verdad ha sido un lujo. Nos devolvieron el depósito en tiempo y forma. The day I booked I came to look at the comments and said that bad comments have however I decided to continue with the reservation, I am picking up the car at this time, and I confirm the bad comments or else service we had the car reservation at 8:00 it is 9:07 and nothing that is not delivered by the customer service lady as if with a bad attitude as if she will not mind giving a lousy service at this time I laugh because if all the bad comments of this one were reality car rentalist
