Do yourself a favor a avoid Avis at all costs. This is my second booking in 6months which at the time of pick up they said they didn’t have a Premium SUV that I made a reservation for (booked over 8 months in advance). This is ridiculous. I need a XL suv for space for my family and luggage, for necessity. My wife was carrying a newborn and visiting, I did the booking in advance and paid from my card, they refuse to give my wife a car just because it was paid by my card. We agreed to cancel the whole reservation and do another reservation and she can pay with her card. But guess what? They refuse to give her a car because she recently renewed her driver license and currently hold a paper driver license. It was so inconvenient and they brought so much pain. Warning ⚠️ I rented a vehicle for 3 days ...everything went smoothly although the vehicle was not clean or sanitized. A month later...I'm being charged $79.08 for supposed tire damage?! This is something that should have been addressed and brought to my attention during out "walk thru" not take the liberty to fix your tire on my tab. I disputed the charge and I'll see you in court!!

Refueled before returning - the pump clicked it was full. Just got hit with a 4 gallon @ $9.99 per gallon charge. The car only takes 17.5 gallons. Here's the odo at the time of return, that's not 4 gallons.
