Such a bad service at the pickup counter. Never seen something like that. It seemed to me and other people in line that the agents were working on slow motion deliberately. Avoid!!
They ruined our trip due to overbook and we got no compensation. Nothing. We booked a car (with 100% prepay) but we were told they are out of any cars right before we were going to pick up. The person was very rude. He asked us to ask other Avis locations or go to online customer service and cancel our order. He then said he had a customer to talk to and hung up our phone call. Convenient location, and responsive personnel. Had issues with rental (transmission malfunction), but office personnel addressed the issue.
