Refueled before returning - the pump clicked it was full. Just got hit with a 4 gallon @ $9.99 per gallon charge. The car only takes 17.5 gallons. Here's the odo at the time of return, that's not 4 gallons.

Esteban is the best. I made my reservation through Costco, they gave me a great deal so I booked it. I called to confirm my booking the day before my trip, changing nothing about the details. Afterwards, my booking price had nearly TRIPLED. I called Avis and they claimed I “rebooked” it. They said it would take 3 days for the rate to go back with no promise of reimbursement if I went ahead with the tripled rate. Rented for a week, good pricing, 1.5 miles from the tucson Airport, Uber is about $10 from there. The gentleman was quick to process me in when i arrived and same gentleman assisted with the drop off. Very easy, efficient, and the gentleman was very kind! Would recommend. Thank you!
My husband picked up a car that we booked. He doesn’t have a good sense of smell and didn’t smell the heavy smoke in the vehicle. He picked it up in the afternoon and brought it home. As soon as I got in i could smell it. I have asthma and am pregnant and got instant headaches while in the vehicle. The next morning we went to exchange it and they didn’t have the stock, we went to the airport and they didn’t have any vehicles. Or offered air freshener when we had a 7 hour drive ahead of us.
