Very accommodating when I did not have a reservation. When I had issues with my method of payment , the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful to make it happen.
Do yourself a favor a avoid Avis at all costs. This is my second booking in 6months which at the time of pick up they said they didn’t have a Premium SUV that I made a reservation for (booked over 8 months in advance). This is ridiculous. I need a XL suv for space for my family and luggage, for necessity. They had one worker at the desk inside for non-Avis Preferred customers and one worker outside at the Avis preferred desk (no signage by the way to direct you outside, so originally I waited in line a bit until the worker m... read more
