Wondering how a Uber hub for drivers only can never have cars especially when one needs to be replaced .. you also cannot call the location as the phone is mis routed to the 800 folks and they cannot help store level issues so why route it... They run a soft credit check on debit cards. As it's supposedly to prevent fraud. Like someone that uses a credit card can't do fraud.

I made a reservation to pick up a car and took an Uber to get to Avis. When I arrived I was told that they were out of cars and that they had been out of cars all day. Jamie, a guy at the front desk, went on to explain he can’t control what is on the site, or if it lets us reserve vehicles that are not available. He walked off without acknowledging my response and the other employee almost laughed. They were so rude and unprofessional! Jamie needs to be fired! Used to rent car through Uber program. Done my contract over month ago. Avis still charge my card for some reason. This is rip off and scam. Do not recommend this company. Rent somewhere else
