Returned vehicle at 10AM (was due at 12 noon), no employees in the return lot or at the counter. Put the keys and a copy of the rental agreement in the dropbox , with a note showing the spot # where I parked it. Went through security and my flight left at 11:15AM. Received my receipt that said I didn't return the car until 4PM. (Was already back in FL by then) They charged me an extra day ($59.95) and a $15.00 late fee Tried numerous times to straighten this out with Customer Service (horrible). to no avail.
