I booked my rental a week prior for an electric suv. They called me 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to tell me they didn't have any and in fact they had no cars at all available to give me. The car was for a weekend trip for my mom's birthday. Then I had to call customer service myself in order to get a refund.

I was all hidden fees that I was not aware of.
