Wow. Just wow. We flew into Houston Airport and alas there was a shortage of vehicles, as sometimes happens. Frustrated folks in line for far longer than they wanted, grumbling and mumbling and not being very kind. A shadow fell over the line as Pieter Verhoeven asked for everyone’s attention. He calmly explained that there was a backlog of vehicles to be cleaned and the wait would be longer than either of us wanted. He took a customer, who needed to get to a time-sensitive event, found him a vehicle and sent him on his way.... read more
