HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – BEWARE Vehicle Not Ready at Pickup: When I arrived at the scheduled time for my reserved vehicle, I was told it was unavailable because the previous customer had not yet returned it. Awesome experience the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Renting a car from them was such an easy process and good value for money. Also the car was comfortable, well maintained and clean.
If you book online, they will NOT honor your booking Nor the booking rate. They will blame it on the lack of car stock and tell you to call corporate. FALSE ADVERTISING by @Avis and this individual site.
