Beware!! SCAM ALERT!! I recently returned a vehicle to this location. When I picked up the car, the associate handed it over in the same condition it had been returned by the previous customer. I returned the vehicle in that same condition, yet I’ve now been charged a $125 cleaning fee. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the charge was valid, despite my explanation of the situation. This seems very unfair, as I received the car already less than clean. Very polite, friendly, accomodating, professional, and prompt. Would recommend, Their telephone is unreliable though - make sure you give them your call-back number before they drop off. Had to call them back several times during calls.
Solomon always sorts me a car every time I come to the states, he is so friendly and helpful. there is never a problem and they staff are very kind, the cars are always clean and always good condition been going here for about 10 years on and off as I am from England
