Extremely disappointing experience with both management and customer service. I reserved a one-day rental of a luxury vehicle (same-day pick-up and drop-off). When I arrived, they didn’t have the luxury class I reserved, but instead of adjusting the price for the downgrade, they charged me the full luxury rate anyway. At drop-off, despite returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I was told the fuel gauge didn’t show “Full.” I believe this was likely a defect with the vehicle’s gauge, as I had just filled it completely.... read more
Not a bad experience, but just so everyone knows: If you return your vehicle and have any additional charges, they will refund your original money and then charge you the new amount without telling you they are doing that. This means that if you are someone who doesn't keep a big balance in your checking account (as no one should) there will suddenly be a big balance for scammers to target.
