Booked a vehicle. Drove 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they are out of rentals.
Placed my reservation 2 weeks ago and the day of I get a call from the location asking me to come in later, so I agreed. I get half way there and was called to say there were no vehicles available with nothing comparable.
Charges an outrageously high deposit fee and doesn’t tell you ahead of time
This company is a complete scam. The car they gave me was disgusting inside and out, smelled awful, and had barely half a tank of gas. They lied straight to my face saying the gas station and car wash were closed. The staff was lazy, rude, and more interested in shoving overpriced insurance down my throat than doing their job.
