I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for a car rental. Please like and share Made a reservation back in February 2025. We get a call the night before we need the car. Telling us the car we reserved is not available. The only solution was to pick up 2 hours later. Or take a smaller @ the same price. Since we paid the cost up front, if we cancel, we would have to pay a $50 fee. Customer service was a joke they were no help. Quoted a specific rate and overcharged by $156.00.. this location is dishonest. Vehicle had a bad tire, and vehicle was very dirty when I picked up.. terrible communication.
Won't be renting from again. Poor customer service and vehicle was not maintained well. Was supposed to pick up at 2 p.m. but note on door when we arrived. They would be back and to call a phone number when we arrived. Waited 18 minutes for them to arrive after call. Employee was very rude when I asked if he realized we had booked for 2 p.m. because it was 2:30 by the time we actually got inside to even start the paperwork. Don't waste your time or money! I made a reservation yesterday at 3:30pm at the Hurst location. They are open until 6pm, but the employee failed to see my reservation until this morning at 7:30am. He also failed to contact me to tell me he didn't have any cars. I spent money on a ride share to get there and he tells me I have to just show up at the DFW location. He also said not to bother calling to check for availability because they won't pick up the phone and he can't check for me nor can he give me a refund. This locatio... read more
