Terrible service. Made a reservation at 4. I was 10 minutes late and got there to a sign on the door saying they would be back in 20 minutes. I waited until 5. No one showed. I did call the phone number on the door and all they said was to wait until someone showed. I ended up going to the Enterprise down the beltway towards 59. Much friendlier and quicker service. Do not waste your time with this place.
They're only open for four hours today, which is fine, but we made a reservation to pick up at noon and no one was there. There was a sign on the door saying they'd be back in 20 minutes because they were out washing cars. Unfortunately, we waited well over 20 minutes before anyone returned. Seriously, if you just spoke with a customer and confirmed a noon pickup, why wouldn't you be at the shop at noon? At the very least, leave one person at the store.
I would like to recognize Angel for providing outstanding customer service at Avis. Angel was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the rental process. He made everything quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and ensured I had a great experience. His positive attitude and excellent customer care truly stood out. Thank you, Angel, for going above and beyond!
