Back in February, I rented a car from Avis/Budget at 11411 N. Sam Houston Pkwy in Humble, TX, and recently came across the business card of Alex, the Sales and Operations Manager there. Google is removing all negative reviews and i don’t know why. This is my 3rd time trying to leave a helpful review. This business charged me and my wife for gas when the tank was completely full. I also had days left on the rental and the manager closed my account out because he didn’t like me which made it unable for me to get refunded for the days i had left or continue using the vehicle for the remaining time. I made a customer complaint and nothing happened. Rent at your own risk.
Our family rented a 2024 jeep Cherokee to visit Florida, as soon as we arrived at our destination the vehicle screen showed it needed oil so I checked the oil and it didn't have any oil so bought a 5 gallon oil and then we contacted Avis car rental about the situation and we confirmed that I was going to get my $30 refunded ( the 5 gallon oil ) and it's been over a month I haven't gotten my refund.
