My mother rented a Mid size vehicle from them ended up with a sedan. We took it because we where headed out of town. Ended up not going to Florida like we had planned so we just kept the car for the week she rented it. We need to return it by the 28th of November by 5pm but we ended up returning it by 2pm on the 28th. After we returned it someone drove off with the car using the tolls and my mom got charged for it even if we didn't use not even 1 toll the hole time we had the car. Ok I had every intention on letting this go but looking at my receipt and seeing my original booking double by the end of the trip, I am disappointed. Lets recap. The one star is for actually receiving the vehicle and the accommodation they made to take my virtual debit card for a deposit Now the bad.
