I am baffled by these 5 star reviews. I recently had an aweful experience with this place. I had a rental reserved for a certain time but was running behind due to my flight. I called them; spoke to a male that stated I had to be there within an hour to get the car. He said they have a rule only on “Friday’s” that all reserved rentals must be picked up within an hour of reservation. However, other days do not apply to this special rule. BS!!
