The experience I felt very good to pick up the vehicle at this location the front desk guy gives the nice vehicles by doing inspection everything.

They are not customer friendly. Plane arrived 1.5 hours late and they had already closed and left. Phone number was a no answer. They left us stranded!
So far this has been a good experience. My flights were delayed and gate changed prompted me to call and ensure my car rental was ready upon landing. Got a couple of days left in town but hopefully the remainder of the service goes smooth upon returning the vehicle.
Terrible experience!!! Please use another car rental service. They took $501.17 three weeks before we came to pick up the vehicle and then refused to give us the vehicle. The “supervisor” was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Never again will I ever use this company!
